The Suva Magistrates Court will make a ruling on the 7th of next month in relation to Ratu Isoa Tikoca's case.

Tikoca's lawyer Kitione Vuetaki has asked the Suva Magistrates Court to consider making an order that the particulars put in by FICAC in their affidavit be taken as the particulars of the charge.

Vuetaki had earlier told the court that FICAC has filed an affidavit where they have put an approximate figure of $94,526.73.

FICAC's senior counsel Rashmi Aslam today filed their submissions.

It is alleged that Tikoca failed to declare the liability and the amount of the liability to the Registrar and the Permanent Secretary responsible for Elections that he had incurred to the Government of Fiji during his tenure as Fiji's High Commissioner to Papua New Guinea.
