The Lautoka High Court will hear the case concerning ATS Employees Trust Chairman, Jay Dhir Singh who is now facing a charge of contempt of court.
The case has been taken up by the Attorney General’s Office.
It is alleged that Singh made comments in a ATS Employees Trust press conference in Nadi that the judiciary is controlled by one minister.
Singh made these comments on the 19th of January.
The case will be called next Wednesday.
