The construction of the proposed new water factory in Nadelai, Tavua is expected to start soon.
Korean Resort Company Fiji Limited Chairman Y.G Chang says they will hold further discussion with its Chinese partner next week to finalize the details.
Korean Resort Company Fiji Limited has a joint venture contract with XINJi Group from Beijing.
Chang says the company has been granted a special development lease by the Ministry of Lands to set up a water factory.
He says the first stage of development will cost $30 million which will include building a factory to extract and bottle water.
After the company received the lease documents last year it was highlighted that the works will begin mid 2015.
