Concerns raised at Budget Roadshow regarding children violating their rights

Concerns were raised at the 2018‑2019 National Budget Roadshow on the way children nowadays are violating their rights and their lack of concern towards school work.

This was highlighted by a concerned citizen who says that children are also taking advantage of the free education system.

The Minister for Economy and Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed‑Khaiyum says that it all comes down to the environment a child is brought up in.

Sayed-Khaiyum says that there is no law that can stop this from happening.

He says there are some good children who actually appreciate that fact that they have been given free education and some may not.

Sayed-Khaiyum says new ways have to be developed and one of the things that they are pushing for is having more counsellors in schools.
