Two children who were travelling in a vehicle that veered off the road and tumbled near Pacific Harbour yesterday are now in stable condition at the CWM Hospital.
Police have confirmed that the driver has been discharged and are in the process of gathering all the necessary medical reports.
Police say that once this is complete then the driver will be brought in for questioning.
It is alleged that the driver fell asleep causing the vehicle to veer off the road hitting another vehicle before it tumbled near Pacific Harbour.
They were travelling from Nadi to Suva.
Police have also confirmed that none of the passengers in the second vehicle were injured.
