The case of the three men who are charged in relation to the discovery of bullets in Vuda Marina earlier this year will be called again next Wednesday.
The Lautoka Magistrate was not present at the court today.
The owner of Hypercam Pharmacy, Aiyaz Mohammed Mussa Umarji, his Manager, Naushad Ali and 46-year-old Vijay Singh are on bail.
It is alleged that Umarji and Ali were in possession of 179 live M16 centre fire cartridge earlier this year.
Singh allegedly hid bullets in his t‑shirt inside his bag.
The bullets were discovered in a yacht at Vuda Marina in Lautoka.
