The Ministry of Local Government said a new Chief Executive Officer will soon be appointed for the Nausori Town Council.
Acting Deputy Secretary, Josese Rakuita said they have advertised the position and an appointment will be made soon.
He said Nausori Town Special Administrator, Napolioni Masirewa is handling the CEO’s position.
The Nausori Town Council is without a CEO from mid last year after Azam Khan was relieved from the CEO=s post when his contract expired.
