Bulivou crowned Miss Friendly North

Miss Public Service Commission Fugawai Bulivou was crowned Miss Friendly North in the Vodafone Festival of the Friendly North at Subrail Park in Labasa.

The first runner up was Miss Jaduram Industries Adi Seinimili Koroi while Miss Labasa Town Council Artika Deo was named the second runner‑up.

Miss Charity was won by Miss Fiji Sugar Corporation.

Meanwhile, Miss Charan Jeath Singh Group of Companies, 22‑year‑old Manisha Prasad was crowned Miss Personality while Miss LICI, 18‑year‑old Famiza Nisha was named Miss Photogenic.

According to the Festival Committee the total amount collected by the 12 queens sums up to $72,420 while the total money collected within the festival is just over $250,000.

The Committee say that the money will be used for beneficial projects in the North.
