Gospel High School sprinter, Younis Bese has claimed her second gold medal in this year’s Coca Cola Games in style.
Bese smiled to the finish line in the Senior Girl’s 200 metres final and also set a new record of 24.68 seconds. She broke her own record which she had set yesterday.
Bese said she is still excited after her win last night in the Blue Ribbon Senior Girls event and her win today in the 200 metres is an added boost for her.
Alaiwalu Rayawa of ACS took the silver while Miriama Naiobasali of Jasper is taking home the bronze.
Meanwhile Natabua High School’s Jope Loloma claimed the gold medal in the Junior Boy’s 100 metres.
Joseva Tabakoucoro of Marist came in second while Natabua’s James Cox took the bronze medal.
