Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has told parliament that he has chosen Ambassador Luke Daunivalu to assume the job of Chief Negotiator for COP23 replacing Ambassador Nazat Shameem Khan because Daunivalu is a team player and has the leadership skills for the job.
