Bail has been granted for a former staff of a chemical distribution company - PCI Fiji Limited, Vijeshwaran Narayan who is charged with seven counts of falsification of data and seven counts of general dishonesty causing a loss.
Magistrate Charles Ratakele has granted Narayan bail in the sum of $600 with two sureties who have signed a surety bond of $400 each.
Narayan’s bail condition is that he is not to reoffend, interfere with the prosecution witnesses and change his residential address.
Narayan is alleged to have dishonestly falsified local purchase orders belonging to Camplex Hotel Supplies, Yatu Lau Group, Khans Holdings and Temptation Club and Bar causing a loss of $4,257 to PCI Fiji Limited.
The case is adjourned to April 18th next year for the plea.
