Tomasi Bagaga who was reported missing was arrested in Nadi last night following a tip off and will be brought to Suva.
Police Chief of Investigation and Intelligence ACP Henry Brown said Bagaga went missing last year but was sentenced in absentia last week by the Suva High Court.
Bagaga was found guilty for cultivating 5.5kg of marijuana plants at Lomaivuna, Naitasiri in 2012.
He was sentenced to eight years imprisonment and will not be eligible for parole after six years.
ACP Brown said Police worked around the clock to locate Bagaga who has been evading police since last year.
