Fiji Airways Men’s National 7's team coach, Gareth Baber says they have not had many problems with injuries as the Paris 7s kicks off in a few hours time.

Baber says Eroni Sau has managed to recover from his shoulder injury.

Baber has named his final 13 member squad to play at the Paris 7s.

With Josua Tuisova and Semi Radradra not playing, Baber has included Semi Kunatani, Alasio Naduva and Mesulame Kunavula as the 13th player.

The other players include captain Jerry Tuwai, Vatemo Ravouvou, Amenoni Nasilasila, Sevuloni Mocenacagi, Eroni Sau, Waisea Nacuqu, Jasa Veremalua, Kalione Nasoko, Paula Dranisinukula and Josua Vakurunabili.

The Fiji 7s team just needs a third place finish at the Paris 7s this weekend to win the 2017/2018 World Sevens Series.

Fiji is in first place with 167 points and a third place finish will earn them 17 points and will take their total tally to 184.

A tournament win is 22 points therefore South Africa will get 182 points if they win the Paris 7s.

This will not be enough to beat Fiji on the table.

Barring any upsets, they are likely to meet Argentina, USA or England in the quarterfinals.

Fiji is likely to face Australia, Canada or Scotland in the semifinals and South Africa or New Zealand in the final.

Fiji will take on Samoa at 8.50 tonight in their first pool match of the Paris 7s.

The national side will then face Kenya at 11.46 tonight in their second pool match while the final pool match is against New Zealand at 5.14am tomorrow.

The Cup quarter finals will be played at 8.13pm tomorrow, semifinals will start at 12.03am Monday while the Cup final will be played at 4.54am on Monday.
