Five men who have been handed with prison sentences for the Bank of South Pacific robbery in 2012 yesterday are also facing charges of aggravated robbery at the Peninsula Hotel.
Tevita Sugu, Solomoni Qurai, Josaia Usumaki, Epeli Qaraniqio and Deshwar Dutt have indicated in court to seek legal representation from Legal Aid Commission.
Justice Salesi Temo adjourned the case to the 1st of next month to await for a response from their lawyers.
The alleged offence was also committed in 2012.
Yesterday Justice Temo sentenced the five men in prison ranging from one and a half years to 17 years.
