Good news for parents, students and members of the general public as the Ministry of Justice has announced that the opening hours of the Births, Deaths and Marriages offices around the country will be extended until further notice.
Given the increased demand from the public with the opening of the new schooling year, the opening hours for the Office in Suva and Nausori will be from 8am to 7pm, Lautoka’s opening hours will be from 8am to 6pm while the BDM Office in Labasa will open from 8am to 5pm.
Minister for Justice, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum has also confirmed that all BDM Offices will also be open from 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
