The three assessors in the trial of a man who allegedly raped a 27-year-old woman in Valelevu in 2013 will make their decision today.
The accused, Matai Sukanavanua, charged with one count of rape has pleaded not guilty to the offence.
Sukanavanua allegedly raped the victim at a drinking party on 20th December, 2013.
The accused and the victim were both employed at a garment factory and they had both known the owner of the house where the alleged offence took place.
The presiding judge is Justice Salesi Temo.
