The three assessors in the trial of Colombian national Aiden Alec Hurtado have found him not guilty for allegedly importing 18kg of cocaine into Fiji in 2014 without lawful authority.
In the first trial, the three assessors had found Hurtado guilty but the fourth assessor found Hurtado not guilty.
High Court Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe will deliver his judgement at 3.30pm today.
