Ambulance driver Ioane Salobo has been charged with one count of dangerous driving occasioning death.
Ioane Salobo was driving the ambulance when he collided with a private car resulting in the death of the driver of the private car.
The fatal accident occurred in Navesi near Monfort Boys Town on the 29th of last month.
Salobo is remanded in custody and he will take his plea on the 11th of October, 2016.
