Former People's Democratic Party General Secretary Aman Ravindra Singh

Former People's Democratic Party General Secretary Aman Ravindra Singh has confirmed that he will be joining the Fiji Labour Party.

Singh made this announcement when asked by Fijivillage whether his participation at the FLP's Annual Convention and Delegates Conference today meant that he will be joining the party.

Meanwhile, Labour Party Leader Mahendra Chaudhry says that they do not have a leadership deficit role which means that there are a lot of party members that can vie for this role.

When asked if FLP has elected a leader to lead as Chaudhry is not in a position to participate in the 2018 general elections, he says that a leader will be elected at the right time.
