Suva High Court Judge, Justice Salesi Temo has remanded alleged murderer, Sudesh Mani Naidu in custody till next Monday.
Naidu allegedly murdered a 74-year-old woman in Lautoka.
Naidu who is charged with a count each of murder and robbery was on bail till yesterday afternoon when the state made an application to remand him.
The DPP lawyer told the court that Naidu is a threat to their three female witnesses.
It is alleged that Naidu robbed Vidiya Wati of $2,200 worth of assorted jewellery and then murdered her in Lautoka.
The alleged incident happened on 13th of January, 2013 in Lautoka.
