Alleged conman on the run for 107 days

Alleged conman Mukesh Naidu has been on the run for 107 days and Police continue to have no direct leads on his whereabouts.

Naidu allegedly collected close to $3 million from more than 100 people in August this year.

Three months ago, Police had received information that Naidu was living in Labasa under a different name.

Naidu has several pending cases in court and he is alleged to have collected money from various people and promised them land lots in Tacirua.

More than 100 people filed complaints against Naidu with the Commerce Commission and the matter has been taken to court.
