Advocating for renewable energy is Raura’s main objective

Advocating for renewable energy and keeping the effects of climate change in mind will be one of the main objectives of Miss RecruitmentFiji.com Serenia Raura who is taking part in the 2017 Vodafone Hibiscus Festival Queens pageant.

The 21-year-old from Ra who was the Model of the Year in last year’s Fiji Fashion Week, says climate change is close to her heart.

Raura who is a third year student at USP will be performing a Contemporary Dance in the Queens Talent Night tomorrow.

Meanwhile Miss Dove Alisi Vucago won the second award of the Queen contestants category which was the best sarong wear at last night’s Asian Night at the Vodafone Hibiscus Festival.

The first award in the Queen contestants category, the Best Research Topic was won by Miss Fiji Times Charlene Lanyon.
