Adi Senikau Pageant is never just about beauty but a platform to encourage transgender women - Waqa

Adi Senikau contestant Melanie Jenner who is sponsored by Face Junkie, Marama Elizabeth and Jed Taylor is sending out a strong message that they too are part of society and like everyone else they want to be accepted for who they are.

Coordinator for the Adi Senikau Pageant Sulique Waqa says that the Adi Senikau Pageant is never just about a beauty Pageant but a platform to encourage transgender women to come as they are, to encourage women of diversity to participate and be part of society.

The Adi Senikau Pageant will be held tomorrow night.
