AG reveals they were in a strategic meeting in the past 48 hours

Acting Prime Minister and Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum has revealed that all FijiFirst parliamentarians except two people including the Prime Minister were in a 48 hour strategic meeting which was planned some weeks back.

Sayed-Khaiyum highlighted this at the bonus payout announcement for the employees of Fiji Ports Terminal Limited.

He adds that the economy is getting a lot more sophisticated.

Sayed-Khaiyum says they are trying to continue to grow the economy for a number of years to come.

The FijiFirst parliamentarians were having the 48 hour meeting on Level 9 at Suvavou House.

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama and Minister for Defence and National Security, Inia Seruiratu were not in the meeting as they are in the COP24 meeting in Poland.
