AG is implementing his own thesis at national level - Nawaikula

SODELPA Parliamentarian Niko Nawaikula is continuing to claim that the Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum is implementing his own thesis at national level.

While responding to President’s speech in Parliament this morning, Nawaikula kept talking about Sayed-Khaiyum.

Nawaikula says the 2013 constitution is not the supreme law.

He says the real constitution is the 1997 constitution because it has a mandate and contains the common will of the people.

Nawaikula says the truth is that the true test for the validity of the 2013 constitution will come when the FijiFirst is removed.
