682 students of the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Science at Fiji National University today graduated with Bachelors, Masters and Postgraduate Diploma programmes.
FNU Vice Chancellor Nigel Healey says the graduates will join a family of ten of thousands of alumni who have graduated from FNU and its constituent college over the last 130 years.
Healey says the university's success is measured by the quality of its teachings and success of its graduates once they are out in the workforce.
He says for 2017 there will be 25 Vice Chancellor's scholarships with five from each college.
Healey says this will be $5,000 each year for every year of study.
Meanwhile majority of the graduates were from the Bachelor of Nursing programme with 192 graduates.
