57,047 unemployed people registered at National Employment Centre from 2010 till January 2017

2,752 unemployed people were degree graduates while 3,500 had graduated with a Diploma.
The Employment Ministry has revealed that 57,047 unemployed people have been registered at the National Employment Centre from 2010 till January this year.
Majority of these unemployed people were below the age of 29 and 2,752 were Degree graduates while 3,500 had graduated with a Diploma.
It has also been revealed that 33 Masters graduates were registered between 2010 to January 2017 because they were seeking employment.
90 people who were 74-years-old were also looking for a job between 2010 to January 2017.
