Five secondary school students were questioned and released for allegedly drinking in the school boy's dormitory on Saturday night.
Police say that a report was received at the Korovou Police Station that students were allegedly drinking liquor and causing trouble after midnight.
Police have confirmed that two officers were sent to attend to the report whereby it is alleged they found students fighting and in the process one of the officers' was assaulted by two students aged 16 and 17 years old respectively.
The two students were interviewed and released.
Police say that later Sunday morning at around 2am another call was received from the school principal alleging more students were drinking homebrew inside one of the boy's dormitory and causing trouble.
It adds that upon arrival the officers allegedly found the two students who were taken in earlier and three others also aged 16 and 17 years old were also drinking.
