450 USA based Fijians register under SODELPA ticket

A total of 450 people from the Fijian community in Santa Rosa and the surrounding areas living in the United States of America have registered under the Social Democratic Liberal Party.

This has been confirmed by SODELPA’s media manager, Sainiana Radrodro following the visit by party leader, Ro Teimumu Kepa last week.

Radrodro said the huge number of supporters signed a form and gave $2 registration fees before Ro Teimumu made her presentation to the supporters in Santa Rosa.

When Fijivillage questioned Radrodro how much money was collected from the soli and fund-raising from the supporters in the US, she said she cannot confirm the amount collected.

While opening SODELPA’s new office in Lautoka, Ro Teimumu acknowledged the presence of the South Sydney Rabbitohs players, Lote Tuqiri and Apisai Koroisau.

Ro Teimumu said the two stars are in the country through the efforts of the SODELPA nominees, Viliame Gavoka and Viliame Satala.
