The Ministry of Health booked Sitiveni Dakunimata, Janendra Prasad, Filomena Likuvalu and Jijiwa Kuruvaki and took the matter to court.

Bench warrants were issued against the four as they failed to appear in court.

Another man Isaia Tuita who failed to appear in court yesterday is also charged with Smoking in a Public Place.
