There have been four cases of pedestrians being at fault for fatal accidents this year.
Thats according to the latest statistics released by the Fiji Police Force.
According to those numbers, 46 people have died on our roads this year and four were recorded with pedestrians being at fault for the accident.
Police say two victims were pedestrians who were drunk when they became victims of road fatalities.
There have also been two cases of fatal accidents and 1 case of careless driving recorded this year that have caused fatal accidents.
Of the 46 road fatalities, 3 were drivers who suffered from driver fatigue resulting in an accident which claimed lives.
