A 36‑year‑old man who allegedly hacked a Year 10 student to death in Naria, Rakiraki, has appeared in the Lautoka High Court.
Molani Moceyawa is charged with one count of Murder and one count of Act with Intent to Cause Grievous Bodily Harm indicated he wanted to engage the services of Legal Aid.
The State asked the Court to file Information and Disclosures.
The matter has been adjourned to the 12th of next month for mention.
Moceyawa has been further remanded in custody.
