A 30-year-old man of Votualevu, Nadi has won $30,000 after scratching a Tattslotto scratch card today.
Jaber Singh says he was surprised to see the three $30,000 amounts on the scratch ticket.
Singh says he just had one dollar in his pocket and thought of playing the Tattslotto to try his luck.
He says he will invest the money.
