The three people charged for allegedly breaching the False Information Act have been further remanded in the custody.
It is alleged that Sanaila Qoro, Maleli Nawaqavonovono and Istisaq Ali provided false information to a Government representative for the purpose of obtaining a benefit under the Help for Homes Initiative.
They are charged with one count each of making a false representation in order to obtain a benefit contrary to the False Information Act.
Nawaqavonovono and Ali will appear at the Lautoka Magistrates Court next Monday.
Qoro will be produced in the Ba Magistrates Court on 6th June with Saheem Ali and Eremasi Bulivecena who are also charged with one count each for making a false representation in order to obtain a benefit contrary to the False Information Act.
