FICAC has laid charges on three people in relation to the alleged breach of the Electoral Decree.
Ritesh Dayal, Sanju Sharma and Sukha Singh have been charged with the Non-interference in campaign.
It is alleged that Dayal, Sharma and Singh hindered the lawful campaign activity of the FijiFirst Party by placing a poster of the National Federation Party which had details of its rally at the Labasa Civic Centre over the poster of the FijiFirst Party.
Dayal and Sharma have also been charged with contravention of campaign rules.
It is alleged that Dayal and Sharma while acting under the direction of Parmod Chand, a candidate of the National Federation Party prevented the display of the poster for the FijiFirst Party.
Sukha Singh is also facing a charge of aiding and abetting.
It is alleged that Singh aided and abetted Ritesh Dayal and Sanju Sharma in preventing the display of the poster of the FijiFirst Party.
The case has been adjourned to the 14th of next month.
