Three men who allegedly robbed two Australian expatriates in Samabula last year took their plea before High Court Judge, Justice Salesi Temo this morning.
Pita Domoni, Lemeki Sevutia and Malakai Toka are each charged with two counts of aggravated robbery.
Domoni and Toka have pleaded guilty to their charges while Sevutia has pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery.
The alleged incident took place on 30th December in Samabula last year.
It is alleged that Domoni, Sevutia and Toka allegedly robbed foreign currencies, a laptop, a mobile phone and perfumes from the Australian expats. The total value of cash and items stolen was $13,278.
The matter has been adjourned to the 14th of next month.
