29-year-old Jovilisi Gadrovai who is charged with the murder of 69-year-old Shuhsila Devi in Lautoka will take his plea on the 5th of August.
Gadrovai was produced in the Lautoka High Court today.
He has been further remanded in custody.
Gadrovai is also charged with aggravated robbery.
Devi's house was ransacked on the 20th of May
A neighbour discovered Devi's body at about 10.30pm in her Rifle Range home in Lautoka.
