FICAC has informed the court today that they will be calling 21 witnesses in the case of Reginald Lal who allegedly falsified Tax Compliance Certificates from the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service.
Lal who was charged by FICAC last October faces one count of falsification of documents.
He allegedly falsified four Tax Compliance Certificates from the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service to obtain a gain from Advance Construction and Aldex Trading Limited.
Lal's bail has been extended.
The case has been adjourned to 21st October this year.
