This was revealed by China’s Charge D' Affaires to Fiji Gu Yu while speaking at the opening of the Stinson and Vatuwaqa bridges.
He says that the 2nd phase of the Navua Hospital Technology Project is going smoothly adding that the Seaport and Airport Security Inspection System Project will start soon.
Yu says that China’s assistance to Fiji covers various sectors such as transportation, agriculture, energy, fisheries, capacity building and emergency humanitarian assistance.
Yu has also highlighted that China is willing to actively devote themselves to carry out friendly exchange and cooperation with Fiji at all levels to help Fiji achieve economic and social development.
