Police have confirmed two men have been questioned and released in relation to the Waila Temple sacrilege while the three other cases continue to be investigated.
Police Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho says police will ensure those who are responsible for these attacks are brought to justice as they don't want anyone to be intimidated for their right to worship.
Qiliho says the attacks are of great concern and all Divisional Police Commanders have been directed to look into this and engage with the respective religious organisations in their area of operation to reinforce their commitment to their safety and their right to worship.

The Gopal Sadhu Hanuman Gadi Mandir in Nakasi was broken into last week, the Vishnu Bhavan Temple in Sasawira, Nausori, Tirath Dham Temple in Votualevu, Nadi and a temple in Waila, Nausori was broken into late last month.
