One of the men has been charged with an extra count of bribery for allegedly trying to offer a police officer a bribe of $5,000.
Five people were questioned at the Nabua Police Station after they were found trading white substances believed to be Methamphetamine at Namadi Heights on Friday.
Police say an early morning raid was conducted and the team was able to seize dried leaves believed to be marijuana and apparatus believed to be used in the manufacturing of illicit substances.
Two women and three men were arrested after the raid.
Police Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho says that the Fiji Police Force will get those who are involved in the illegal trade in Fiji.
Qiliho says that the issue of drugs needs to be taken seriously and those who are consuming, manufacturing or dealing should think twice about their involvement.
He is calling on the communities to assist police in the war on drugs.
