Two men who are facing charges in relation to the death of 14-year-old Sereima Degei seven years ago appeared before Nausori Magistrate Waleen George yesterday.
Eparama Saint-John and Ravuama Tawake are charged with one count each of perjury and fabricating evidence.
The two men are on strict bail conditions and the plea is expected to be taken on the 24th of next month.
Degei’s body was found near her home in Nabouciwa village in Tailevu in 2007.
Saint-John and Tawake are also from the same village.
