It took three seconds for a second time voter to cast her vote at one of the polling station in Makoi, 8 miles.
48-year-old Alanieta Kulavere said she has been standing in the line to vote since six this morning.
She went together with her family to cast her vote.

Registered Voters have also turned out in numbers this morning at polling stations in the North.
Our reporter Feroz Mohammed who is roving the Labasa Seaqaqa corridor and is currently at a polling venue in Tabia says about 100 people have lined up and people are still coming numbers to cast their vote.
A voter Priya Pritika Chand said she was at the polling venue since 8 this morning and had cast her vote by 8:30am.
The 24-year-old said she feels good about voting for the first time.
Around 5.30 this morning members of the public were already lining up in front of various polling stations eager to cast their votes.
The registered voters also said that they were surprised how the Fijian Elections Officials were ready to receive them by 7.30am.
More than 527,000 people are expected to cast their vote today at 1,800 polling stations.
Each polling station has a maximum of 500 registered voters.
Meanwhile, provisional results from majority of the polling stations for the 2014 general elections will be known tonight.
Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Saneem confirmed that live updates of the provisional results will be given out as the counting officials communicate the information from the counting stations around the country.
