The trial date of an 86-year-old man who allegedly raped an 11-year-old girl in Nasinu in May will be set on the 3rd of February next year.
The matter was called before High Court Justice, Salesi Temo today.
The man is charged with one count of indecent assault and one count of rape.
It is alleged that the man indecently assaulted his 11-year-old neighbour on May 19th this year.
It is also alleged that the man raped the girl between the 1st and 28th of May this year.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
