As Police Commissioner, Major General Ben Groenewald starts his divisional visits to talk to members of the public about their concerns, he says all the complaints will be addressed.
Groenewald says it is important for the public to give specific details and he will also assess whether the Police are making the right decisions when assistance is sought from the public.
He says he will also assess whether priority is being given to serious cases as a lack of resources may also be an issue.
Groenewald says he is looking forward to hearing from the public from today.
Groenewald is at the Labasa College Hall from this hour to about 3pm today.
