Record number of participants take part in 2015 Leadership Fiji programme

A record number of 31 participants will take part in the 2015 Leadership Fiji programme.

Leadership Fiji’s Chairperson William Parkinson said they have burst through the 300 mark of graduates who went through this program since 2002.

He said with 2014 group there were 299 participants.

He added that there are many examples of Leadership Fiji graduates who are getting out there and leading the nation.

This year 31 participants from diverse backgrounds ranging from government, banking corporations, civil society, regional organizations, tourism, media and business houses will participate.

Parkinson said Leadership Fiji is not only talking about leadership but it is about action.

Additionally, the 13 graduates of Leadership Fiji 2013 were inducted last night as Fellows of Leadership Fiji after completing one year old community development work.
