All the ATS workers who were picketing outside ATS for more than a month, have returned to work.
Acting Chief Executive Officer Hare Mani says he also met with the workers and stressed to them that they cannot just walk off their workstations during working hours.
Mani also says that they are planning to legally challenge some of the decisions of the Employment Tribunal.
He also says that ATS will reserve it’s right to take disciplinary action against the workers who walked off their workstations.
Mani says they maintain that it is not right for people to just walk off their jobs during working hours.
