National Federation Party Leader, Professor Biman Prasad said the NFP is ready to engage with any party leader and will keep its options open.
When questioned on the new SODELPA leadership, Prasad said he is ready to meet with Sitiveni Rabuka and FijiFirst Leader, Voreqe Bainimarama.
However he stressed that this does not mean that the NFP is supporting coups.
Biman Prasad also said that the 2014 election was clear where Bainimarama enjoyed the majority support.
He said NFP has also worked with Rabuka in the past in changing the 1990 constitution and then forming a coalition for the 1999 elections.
