Man’s body found in Labasa

A taxi driver is currently in custody for his alleged involvement in the discovery of a man’s body along Bulileka Road at FSC in Labasa at 2am yesterday.

Director Traffic, SSP Mahesh Mishra says a team of Police officers who were on roadblock duties received information and proceeded towards the area where they found the victim who is believed to have been hit by an unknown vehicle.

Police are also seeking help in the identification of the victim who is an i-Taukei man.
