Kunatani out of Singapore 7s with injury

Vodafone Fiji 7s lanky forward Semi Kunatani has been ruled out of the Singapore 7s due to a hamstring injury he picked up from their loss to Samoa in the first pool match.

Coach Ben Ryan says he will manage and utilize the 11 remaining players.

Ryan adds they have to win their last pool game no matter what happens.

The Vodafone Fiji 7s has beaten Portugal to win their second pool game 38-0.

Fiji scored 3 tries and led 21 in the first half.

Fiji continued the momentum and scored another 3 tries to extend the lead.

Fiji will now play England in its last pool match at 11.26pm.

The Cup quarterfinals kick off at 3.58pm tomorrow, the Cup semis start at 8.28pm while the Cup Final kicks off at 11.38pm.
